I have almost the same scene in my street in Paris but I've always been nervous about taking photos. Those guys have got big knives!

Looks a LOT more hygenic than the last Peking duck cookery (?) I saw. The chef looks very pensive...perhaps he's having to contemplate the disposal of the a complaining customers' corpse? (May be projecting slightly)
