This shows a definite lack of good sign painting planning skills ! Hilarious ! You sure have a knack for finding lovely, joyous details like this... that's fantastic. Do you suppose they'd been drinking, whoever it was ??? Or sniffing paint ?
I like the colors and texture in this shot. Obviously the painting was done without thinking ahead.
I 'collect' signs also...
Nothin wrong with Parkin, but I gues they wanted to be grammatically correct.
